  • This will depend on the time and commitment you're looking to put in, but it will range from $300-$550 per month. I offer payment plans for 3, 6, and 12 month programs.

  • Again this will depend on what you're willing/able to commit and what's appropriate for where you're at in your journey. However, I would recommend having time for at least 3 workouts per week (each one being at least 30 min long, 90 min max). I would also recommend having a couple hours to get groceries/meal prep each week. Lastly, you will need 30 min per week or bi-weekly for check-in calls with me.

  • Absolutely no worries! I have worked with many beginners who are completely new to fitness. You will have access to my comprehensive fitness and nutrition guides that will help you learn all of the basics (and more), plus tons of support and education from me as your Coach! I always work to meet each individual client where they're at and create a program tailored to their level and goals.

  • The short answer is no. It is not in my scope of practice to offer a meal plan (only Registered Dietitians can do this in my state), and I do not find meal plans to be helpful for most people anyway. I think it is much more beneficial to learn how to be aware of your food choices and adjust your eating habits without having someone telling you EXACTLY what to eat and how much of it every single day.

    I do, however, offer macro targets and/or general nutrition guidance for my clients. When you start off in my program, we will figure out what level of nutrition work is appropriate for you and go from there!

  • The response nobody wants to hear but it's true-- IT DEPENDS! It depends how much time you're committing, how consistent you are, where you're at in your journey, your history with diet/exercise, your genetics, your age, and a bunch of other factors! For that reason, I cannot guarantee anyone specific results in any specific amount of time (and any coach who does is lying to you).

    That being said, MOST people who follow through with everything and stay consistent will start to see physical changes after 1-3 months. Mental changes, on the other hand, can start happening as soon as 1-2 weeks into your program. But again, there is no guarantee for either!

  • Sometimes the results you want are just not realistic for you due to genetics or the amount of time you’re able to give to the program or other potential factors. I will try to help you adjust your goals from the beginning to understand what is realistic for you, but some of that will not be clear until you’ve gotten some time in the program already.

    If you have adjusted your goals, you’re implementing ALL elements of the program and things discussed during check-ins, and you’re still not seeing results—you may just need to give it more time (see previous FAQ). We may also need to make adjustments to your program, which I will base on info that you share with me. The more you share, check in, and complete your program tasks, the more likely we are to figure out what you need in order to see results!

    That being said, I do not offer refunds for the program.
