Hi, I'm Jean!

I'm a Health, Fitness, and Behavior Change Coach located just outside of Boston, MA. I offer 1:1 online coaching through my program, The Fit Flow Method, designed to help you build confidence and control in your health and fitness adventure!

I started my career as a personal trainer for commercial gyms but quickly noticed a lot of elements that were missing from the typical gym-personal-trainer program.

They were:

  • VERY expensive but for LITTLE value

  • Focused only on the exercise aspect of health

  • Only affordable when choosing the lowest amount of commitment

  • Lacking any support/accountability outside of sessions at the gym

Having gone through my own years-long struggle to maintain a consistent healthy lifestyle and seeing many of my gym clients experiencing the same thing -- I realized I had to create a program that would provide so much more.
